Choose a package, a day and an arrival window. Your total shows before you send anything.
We show up
We text when we are on the way, then set up at your address and hook up to your outdoor water spigot and a standard outlet.
Walk-around
We go over the finished vehicle with you. If we missed a spot, we fix it before we leave.

Questions
Before you book.
Do I need to provide water or power?
Yes. We use your water and power, so we need access to an outdoor spigot and a standard electrical outlet near where the vehicle is parked. We bring the hoses and extension cords.
How long does a detail take?
A Refresh runs about an hour and a half, a Full Detail about three hours, and a Signature about five. Larger vehicles and heavy soil take longer.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If the vehicle is accessible and we have a way to get inside, we can work while you are at work or at home. We will go over arrangements when we confirm.
What if it rains?
We message you the morning of your appointment if weather looks unworkable and move you to the next opening at no charge.
Is the price final?
The total you see is an estimate for a vehicle in normal condition. If we find heavy mud, pet hair or stains, we tell you the adjusted price before any work begins.
How do I pay?
Payment is due when we finish. We confirm accepted payment options when we confirm your booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Text or call us at least 24 hours before your window and we will move it with no fee.
